If you are local to the Sunshine Coast, I offer in-person Full Moon Ceremonies every month on the full moon.

I have been hosting these on an off for over 10 years in both Vancouver, and now on the Sunshine Coast.

Each month, I choose a theme, and we gather to discuss the theme, dive in, share, journal, heal, connect and release what no longer serves. The specific details of the ceremony are different every month, but generally follow the above outline.

I’m always so inspired and in awe at the magic, healing, connection and understanding that happens when women gather in circle together.

Anyone is welcome, no previous experience is required.
